BRILLANT-MUSIK wurde im Jahre 1964 von den Komponisten Werner Tautz und Heinz Kiessling sowie dem Verleger Hans Gerig gegründet. Zweck des Unternehmens war und ist vorrangig die Produktion und Verbreitung instrumentaler Unterhaltungsmusik (Easy Listening, Mood Music, String Orchestras, Big Bands, aber auch Combos) für die Verwendung in Hörfunk, Fernsehen, Film, Werbung und auf Video. Auch volkstümliche Musik, vornehmlich österreichischer Interpreten, sowie Jazz und ernste Musik tschechischer Herkunft sind Bestandteile des Kataloges. Seit 1989 werden die Aufnahmen auf dem Label bliss records veröffentlicht, jedoch nicht ausschließlich. Auch ausländische Partnerfirmen publizieren Teile des Kataloges auf ihren Labels; umgekehrt repräsentieren BRILLANT-MUSIK und bliss records ausländische Produkte in Deutschland. BRILLANT-MUSIK ist Mitglied der Verwertungsgesellschaft GEMA. Unter RECORDED LIBRARY und BLISS RECORDS finden Sie zahlreiche Hörbeispiele im MP3-Format, für die allerdings ein MEDIA PLAYER notwendig ist. Interessierte Verwerter (TV, Hörfunk, Filmproduktion etc.) erhalten auf Wunsch den gesamten Katalog im MPG-Format auf vier CD-ROMs. |

The business specialised in the production and distribution of instrumental light music (Easy Listening, Mood Music, String Orchestras, Big Bands, and Combos) for use in radio, television, film, advertising and on video. The catalogue also contains popular Austrian "Volksmusik" as well as jazz and serious music of Czech origin. Since 1989 a selection from the catalogue has been made available on bliss records though not exclusively. Foreign partner companies publish parts of the catalogue on their labels, and vice versa BRILLIANT-MUSIK and bliss records also represent foreign products in Germany. BRILLANT-MUSIK is member of the copyright society GEMA. Under RECORDED LIBRARY and BLISS RECORDS there are many audio samples in MP3 format, for which you will need a MEDIA PLAYER. Potential users (TV, radio, film production etc.) can obtain the entire catalogue in MPG format on 4 CDs. |
